Designed by accountants, for accountants, the platform replaces fragile spreadsheets by automating complex calculations, journal entries, and financial disclosures under ASC 842 and IFRS 16. Black Owl eliminates compliance risk and speeds up reporting for companies managing capital-intensive lease portfolios.

Backed by UCeed, Fledge brings proactive mental health tools directly into classrooms and homes.
Leeg is the first workforce intelligence platform built from the ground up on real, verified ability rather than the org chart. Splice N Connect manufactures non-invasive sensors paired with cloud analytics to continuously monitor cable splices and terminations in electrical grids, the root cause of over 55% of power grid failures. It enables utilities, renewable operators, and industrial plants to predict cable degradation and prevent blackouts proactively.
Verano.AI provides an Agentic AI platform that automates regulatory monitoring and compliance for highly regulated industries. Waypoint Budget is an AI-powered personal finance app engineered specifically for Canadians. It filled the major void left when Intuit shut down Mint in early 2024.
